    NDSU遵循北达科他州高等教育退款委员会 830年政策.2 and the North Dakota University System Refund 程序830.2.

    What can cause a credit balance?

    A credit balance occurs when:

    Refund Issued-Balance Due

    Due to federal regulations, 大学可能不允许申请联邦财政援助，以支付学生账户上欠下的所有费用. This may occur for one of two reasons:
